Why Creative Leadership?
I walked a path where wounds were heavy, That led me astray.
And became like a levy, I had to stop, walk away.
I was now ready, To lead not betray.
Come home to a truth, That lived inside me.
To a truth that was calling, To set me free.
It took time, There were layers to shed.
But with each one, Clarity came and my heart it bled.
Like the soul whispering words, supportive and kind.
Giving me strength, And courage to heal the mind.
I had to be silent, For there was my strength,
And in those moments, Clarity was sent.
It came from my heart, repeated, Let it lead the way.
And let creativity become, part of the play.
I rewrote my script, And followed the light,
There I was met, With true insight.
No need to push, I started to flow,
And in that moment, I released all control.
I came back to me, To a deeper meaningful truth.
Creativity is the path, to embodied truth.
Leading with heart, No longer needing to prove.
We lead with integrity, A heart so true.
We lead to empower, Not to control.
The path will meet you, ready and whole.

A place to return to the creative, expressive, wild part of you that existed before the world told you who you had to be.
Before you learned to edit yourself. Before you forgot how to play. This is a homecoming. Because your wellbeing isn’t a luxury. It’s a return. And your creativity may just be the spark that leads the way.
